About
I’m Noah, a freelance software engineer working with React and Rust. I specialize in blockchain applications and am currently deepening my expertise in Bitcoin.
I currently work with Velocity Labs in the Polkadot ecosystem, where I lead development of Turtle, a universal bridge app improving UX and liquidity across chains. Before that, I spent nearly five years at Airbus, contributing to projects in cybersecurity, cloud, and blockchain innovation.
I’ve completed two intensive Bitcoin training programs and now focus on mastering the Lightning Network, while actively working with Bitcoin nodes, scripting, and Lightning development. My work is guided by cypherpunk values, building tools that strengthen financial freedom and digital resilience. I’m convinced Bitcoin is the most advanced form of money ever created, and I’m on a mission to support its success with my expertise.
Outside of engineering, I’m dedicated to calisthenics, cold plunges, and biohacking, always testing ways to sharpen mind and body. I’m also a fan of Stoicism, which shapes my approach to both life and work. Always happy to connect with fellow blockchain people — feel free to reach out

I've worked on a variety of projects, from web apps to blockchain applications. Here are some of my favorites.

Turtle
Turtle is a universal token transfer application for the Polkadot ecosystem, supporting transfers between Ethereum and Polkadot, as well as XCM transfers between parachains. Soon, Turtle will be available as a widget for easy integration into any dApp. Additionally, a Turtle SDK will be launched to further streamline the bridging experience and reduce fragmentation across the ecosystem.

Lastic Coretime Marketplace
I helped the Lastic team build the first Polkadot coretime marketplace. This included core interlacing, which lets users adjust coretime usage and sell unused time as NFTs. I also worked on core partitioning, allowing users to split coretime NFTs at specific times for resale. I deployed a crowdfunding Solidity contract on Moonbeam for group coretime purchases. Additionally, I built a multisignature coretime marketplace PoC for simple and secure trading using a 2/3 multisig wallet. Lastly, I developed an Auto Teleport feature, which moves DOT between the Relaychain and Coretime chain as needed, reducing Polkadot’s fragmentation.

PBA Projects
I have built several Rust-based projects, each highlighting different aspects of blockchain development, cryptography, and systems programming. These include a Many Time Pad Cracker, a tool designed to crack OTP encryption vulnerable to reused keys; a blockchain developed from scratch, complete with consensus mechanisms and data structures; a UTXO chain node capable of handling blockchain reorgs and maintaining data consistency; a multi-token treasury pallet within the Substrate framework, designed for managing several tokens and spend proposals; and a Merkle multi-proof generator that generates cryptographic proofs for verifying multiple claims in a single Merkle tree efficiently.

Innovation Hub
I designed and developed an internal knowledge-sharing platform at Airbus, facilitating collaboration between experts, managers, and project initiators across innovative projects. The platform enabled project creation, robust search capabilities, expert and location discovery for specialized topics, and an integrated Q&A system to connect users with relevant experts. This solution improved cross-functional communication, accelerated innovation, and fostered a more efficient exchange of knowledge across departments.
